I was sitting with a piece of paper this afternoon that I realized I had to send to someone. I looked at my printer/scanner/copy machine, knowing that the scanner wasn’t working, so I wouldn’t be able to email it. I was completely lost for a few minutes, until I remembered how this piece of paper got to me in the first place. aHA! I could just take a copy and post it, as in “putting it in an envelope with a stamp on it”…
